Punch List & Inspection Report Repairs in Green Bay & Northeast Wisconsin
A home inspection report or a new-build punch list is usually a long list of small, unrelated items — which is exactly the kind of work we're built for.
Whether you're a buyer or seller working through items flagged in a home inspection, or a homeowner wrapping up the last details on a new build, punch lists tend to span a lot of different trades in small doses: a bit of drywall patching, a loose railing, a light fixture that needs securing, weatherstripping, minor plumbing fixes, and similar items. Coordinating five different specialty contractors for five small jobs rarely makes sense on cost or timeline — we handle the range of items ourselves in one visit whenever possible.
We work directly from your inspection report or punch list, walk through it with you (or your realtor) to confirm scope, and knock out what we can in a single trip. If an item on the list is outside what a general handyman should touch — a safety-critical electrical or structural issue, for example — we'll flag it clearly so it gets the right specialist rather than a rushed fix.
Given real estate timelines, we understand these repairs are often time-sensitive ahead of a closing date, and we'll do what we can to accommodate that. As always, we start with a $99 trip fee credited to your job if you book, and we're licensed and insured in Wisconsin.
If you've got a punch list or inspection report that needs to get handled before a closing, reach out — we serve Green Bay, De Pere, Ashwaubenon, Howard, Shawano, and the surrounding communities.
